I enjoyed the poppers but the cream cheese reminded me of sour cream. I let the cream cheese sit on the counter covered for hours and it was still very hard to stir. In the video stirring looked so easy but it wasn’t. I had leftover cream cheese mixture, bacon and Panko. I added the cream cheese mixture to pasta sauce, spread the mixture on a sandwich and added bacon and Panko to salads. I refrigerated the Panko and to my surprise it was still crispy when I took it out of the fridge. I’ll make it again and just a little cream cheese to the popper.
